Ferry dock.
Back in November, we moved our downtown location back to our main office and now offereddelivery directly to the Coho Ferry dock due to the numerous requests of our customers. Sinceher packages were delivered downtown and then moved to our main location, delivery fees werewaived, as we did this for other clients who had packages downtown.
At no point did we tell this customer that her storage fees were wajved, and we wi ll stand by thatfact. Our company has never waived storage fees for any reason; for any customer, and we donot believe that the customer was ever told otherwise. This customer was not rational enough tospeak with when we tried to explain it to her, wruch was unfortunate and lead to her complaint toyou.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate that the office manager will stand by the policy of the business and I agree with this way of running a business; however, in my conversation with the previous employee, it was not the delivery fees that were discussed, but instead the storage fees. Again, I was told that the storage of my 2 packages which were both sent to the new office location, not to the downtown location, would not incur storage fees.
I do concur that a miscommunication happened and I would not have been so bold as to write to the Revdex.com, had the person I spoke with taken some responsibility for the occurrence. I feel that sometimes a business must accept a mistake and give allowances to the paying customer.
I ask to be remunerated for the $25 fee and that the website be updated to include, more specifically, the prices for storage of parcels.
