Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate that the office manager will stand by the policy of the business and I agree with this way of running a business; however, in my conversation with the previous employee, it was not the delivery fees that were discussed, but instead the storage feesAgain, I was told that the storage of my packages which were both sent to the new office location, not to the downtown location, would not incur storage fees I do concur that a miscommunication happened and I would not have been so bold as to write to the Revdex.com, had the person I spoke with taken some responsibility for the occurrenceI feel that sometimes a business must accept a mistake and give allowances to the paying customer I ask to be remunerated for the $fee and that the website be updated to include, more specifically, the prices for storage of parcels Sincerely, [redacted]
