Port A Escapes is very sorry Mr [redacted] had a bad experienceTo my knowledge we were not contacted with any complaints, so we had no opportunity to either fix the problems or offer him any solutionsWe always work to try and make all our guests happyThe bulk of his pictures were of the outside fuse boxWe are on the beach with salt airYou would be hard pressed to find one on the outside of any house that is not rustingWe can hardly be responsible for a private road that has bumps, and holes, it is a private road in the middle of the dunes.We have many people stay there and love it, its very quaint and charming, which most reviews reflectReviews must be written by guests, they are sent an email when they depart to respond to.Had we been made aware of his situation we would have been able to help, but not when we are made aware after the fact.Thank you for your consideration

Our contract for managing this property was between Port Aransas Escapes and owner of the home, [redacted] ***, not her daughter [redacted] When putting your home in rental there is always a risk for damages caused by rentersAs management company we do all we can to minimize any damages, by having them sign contracts, keep credit cards on file for damages and checking ID'sOnce we were aware of the damages to the deck we contacted both owner and guest notifying them of all damagesWe repaired the deck at no cost to owner in a timely mannerThe was mailed to owner on time, however it was returned to Port Aransas Escapes via USPSWe then contacted owner regarding correct address and resent The amount is correct, we have verified this with our accounting tech support and by reviewing all documents related to said property rental incomePort Aransas Escapes will provide any emails, documentation and pictures to confirm our response

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, this agreement is between *** *** and Port A EscapesThat is not the issue at handMy daughter assists me with all of my properties owned I was never notified of the damage that was done to my property until I made a review on the Revdex.com website and *** *** responding with the statement that the tenants "seared one board" on the porch As you can see from the picture attached, these are the boards that were found in the yard in August This fire happened in June according to the review left by the tenant that stayed there I was finally contacted by *** stating that the was incorrect and I was correct about the amount it was supposed to be reported In the email strand, you can see that the PAE did believe they had until the end of February to send the If my was returned and you contacted me, as my address has not changed, please provide evidence that it was returned to you I have the envelope with the postmark.All of this could have been avoided had you correctly done your part of the management agreement
