So the actual food was free!!!! We understand that a new puppy can sometimes be a stress full situation and Pet Express is always committed in protecting its customers and our petsPet Express customers have the luxury of being able to see, touch and feel the puppies before purchase to help eliminate the possibility of allergic reactionsWe are saddened that this puppy has not found its forever home and that's why we offered to place the puppy with a family that can have the puppy.(at no charge) Pet Express is open days a week and managers are available everydayContacting us is never an issueDue to the delicate nature of puppies, we will always contact customers immediately

Consumer was contacted recently and told us the puppy is healthy, happy, and beautiful.Registration papers and pedigree were given at the time the puppy went homeThe concern that the puppy is not a pure breed is based solely on his weightWe contacted the *** *** ***, spoke to
registration support , and we verified the puppy in fact was registered and came from a purebred lineWe suggested that the Customer call the *** *** *** and verify this for herselfWe are happy to discuss this issue further if need beDocumentation and records have not been provided to us by the customers veterinarian

Revdex.com:The response is completely bogus. After reading reviews that are on the Revdex.com website it seems that I am not the ONLY person who has had issues with the misrepresentation of purchasing an animal at their locations. I stated to the sales girl my childs medical situation and what I was looking for around that issue and she stated to me that the dog did not shed and that I would not have an issue with that and that the dog would be no more than 40-45lbs yet going to the vet finding out that the dog could be ultimately more like 80 plus pounds. Its like going to a dealership and saying I need a minivan for my kids and they try to sell me a 2 seater car..... I trusted the employee when I stated to her that I had concerns with my sons medical and allergies and asthma yet she had no care or concern as to that situation. Lets get something correct I was MADE to purchase the food not recommended as I was told that I HAD TO BUY IT IN ORDER FOR THE DOG TO GO HOME WITH ME! The toys and other things that were not neccisary to purchase brought it to the free 100.00! The pet shop manager I spoke to within a week after I purchased the dog with the concerns and he stated that there was nothing he would do for me however when I asked for a higher manager he declined to connect me with them. After days of trying to locate a corporate office I was able to obtain the email address in which it took [redacted] 5 days to call me from! Then stated in the voicemail that he would only be available for 5 minutes and if I didnt call him back in the 5 minutes that he would call me another time! It then took 2 more emails to him for him to call me again stating that he left me several messages however my voicemail log as well as my cell phone call log would not agree with his lie of calling more than he actually did. He offered to place the dog with a family that would take it however declined the refund in expecting that I would just give the dog as a gift to someone HE KNOWS! This is BOGUS! I have never seen a store do business in such meaning less ways and I will take this to the top and I will take the online complaints that are listed in several places through out the internet and make this awareness as well as if I have to take it legally I will. When I walk into a store and say I have concerns of health and you sell me something that is a risk (her knowing what the concerns were she should have never allowed me to leave with that dog knowing it was a risk factor) this is a problem. I even offered to take a store credit towards a dog that would fit the families needs better and they declined to help! They are not customer service helpful they do not treat people with care and kindness as well as they do not care about the customer or the animal they are just about making the money! I will fight until the end and I will win not only for me but for the past and future customers of Pet Express!
