I am rejecting this response because: This was part of the bedroom set It should have been moved It was included in the quote for items to be picked up Nothing else had changed on the inventory of items to be taken Why would this one be any different It was a dresser, it was part of a bedroom set Because they forgot it, doesn't make it right I paid for the dresser to be movedIsn't this one of the reasons for the Large Price Increase That is why the price went up! It is part of the quote and part of a beautiful bedroom setWhy we would leave it behind? I had went through the house with the driver for the items to be moved They showed up late so I had to leave for work before the delivery could be completed When I was at work, I was on speaker phone with the driver and Jamal I had paid $cash and it wasn't enough to move the items So I made a $credit card payment I wanted to make sure everything got moved

can take the contract and examine it I am willing to offer it to you gladlyJust the fact that they responded this way shows how unprofessional they areOur contract is clearThe contract also states that our items would be disassembled and reassembledThey did neitherThe driver came aloneOur contract said door to doorThe driver wanted my husband to drive him to *** *** to retrieve a random day laborer to help him move our items from his truck to our doorstepThat's a breach of privacyAgain I can send you the contractSome of our belongings were also broken along the way including our marble table and tvI have picture evidence to prove thisAgain our contract is clearWe paid everything upfront even though the contract states we were to pay half at pick up and the other half at drop offDue to the constant phone calls demanding te second half merely days after pick up we have in and paid in fullThey broke the contract several timesAgain the contract is clearWe have it and can fax it or email itThey are clearly lying.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not appropriate. Although I will attach all documents. I am currently missing two boxes of my property- my stuff came damaged. And every time I call the office about my missing boxes they say they will call me back and don't. Also I have two boxes that belong to someone else- and nothing is being done. I want my money back for the loss of items, and I would like to be compensated for my time, the pain of using the company and my damaged vanity.

taken.  Why would this one be any different.  It was a dresser, it was part of a bedroom set.  Because they forgot it, doesn't  make it right.  I paid for the dresser to be moved. Isn't this one of the reasons for the Large Price Increase.  That is why the price went up!  It is part of the quote and part of a beautiful bedroom set. Why we would leave it behind? I am rejecting this response because: They gave me two receipts for the credit card charge and no cash receipt.  They are crooks.  I spoke with the one employee who could speak English over the phone, I was on speaker and he told me the total cost was $1600.  I gave him an additional payment of $600 for credit card.  Then when I spoke with Monica, she said it was only $1200.  So I stated to her that they shouldn't be charging my credit card that amount. because of the cash payment.  They also forgot the dresser which was part of the move.  It is part of the bedroom set.
