I was happy to see the medical item I desperately needed available on Ebay for a five to seven day delivery from your company PortCity MedicalWhen the item did not arrive I tried to find out what was going on After much calling I was informed by PortCity Medical that the item would not be available for shipping until February 2015! I was very frustrated and felt like I had been had It would help when items are not available to update availability and need for for BACKORDERingIt gives us a choice to 'keep shopping' for items necessary for the medical safety of our loved onesThe charges were credited back to my account promptly as requested
