Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There has been no pick up on the container since sometime in when the service was cancelled They stopped picking up but did not stop the billing in their system The poor record keeping of Updike Industries does not commit us to owing them anything For at least the past two years, the container has been sitting at the edge of our woods Their "pick up" could not have occurred at that location When I explained this to Kevin he said he'd come out and take pictures but that has not happened I, however, do have date stamped pictures showing the location of the containerI also have neighbors who will attest to the fact that the container has been sitting at that location and for how long The best proof of what I'm saying is - why would Updike allow us to accrue a balance of $ [redacted] if they were giving us weekly pickups? The driver "saying" he picked up does not mean anything at all I was told by [redacted] that their trucks have [redacted] records and that she would check them and get back to me That, of course, didn't happen I'd love to see those, unless that have been tampered with like the account recordsI also would like to see the signed receipts from the certified letters I have requested those but have not received them! My complaint is one of many, many, just like it on ***, the Revdex.com website and other google rating sites Does Kevin N [redacted] really expect us to believe that they're right and everyone else is wrong? The complaints speak for themselves If they don't pick up the container and pay us for the storage of their container, we will either take them to court to have it removed OR use the container for a burn container We haven't decided yet Perhaps I could sell it to another trash company? Customer Account is set up for Automatic payment all we show the customer owes is $ [redacted] for February's billingThe March Billing will be posted today for an another $**The container is scheduled to be serviced tomorrow If there is ever any issues with missed pick up we ask that the customer calls in in real time and speaks with our Customer service manager to allow for corrective action to be taken immediately If there were statements sent out showing payment issues since the automatic payment was set up it would have been due to a system glitch having the payments posted after invoices or statements had been created We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused a credit has been issued to their account for two months service (***)Accounts Receivable manager has reached out again today to clear up the issues with Mr [redacted] We have again had to leave a messageIf there is a better number they would like used please let us knowPlease give me a call if there are any additional questions.Kevin N***

Mr [redacted] Account is in a status of closed paid in full I am not sure why a statement was generated but the account is paid and in good status there was nothing reported to the credit companies as there was nothing to report It seems to have been a computer Glitch which triggered this statement in error We do apologize for any undue stress this caused Thank you for giving me a chance to respond to this question

The business is refunding the $** as a good faith gesture for the trouble the customer has gone through and this will go out middle of next week

This Account has been closed and a refund of the $** has been processed and should be completed by management and sent to Mrs*** soon We do apologize for the delay all refunds must be verified prior to release

I was giving Updike Industries time to fulfill the commitment they had made.Updike Industries called me on Thursday 4/and indicated that My account has been closed and a $* balance statement would be emailed to me on Monday 4/(She indicated that they could not send it that day because their email system was down.) A refund of $** would be mailed to me for the deposit I paid on the trash container.3. The trash container would be removed from my property on Monday 4/23.As of today, I have received the refund check for the trash container and the container was finally removed from my property on 4/26. Audrey called from the business stated that a refund will be issued in the about of $[redacted] in check. The check will be mailed to the address that was provided when the complaint was filed.
