As we stated on our original response, Eurmove is not responsible for your dilapidated driveway which the insurance company agreed upon that the cracks on the driveway are not new.We will pay for the truck tire marks on the grass lawn as we have stated earlier

Dear ***,I want to thank you for reaching out to the Revdex.com and filing a complaint about items that were broken in your recent move after one of the boxes fell off the truck.Eurmove as a company really regretted the accident and we are more than willing to work with you and Kirk to settle this dispute.We do not shying away from any responsibility on any damages during a move with us but as a service provider, there is a proper protocol for us to follow from the time you contact us about your move through the end of the transactionI know these sculptures have significant meaning to you and we regret any inconvenience or pain the damages may have causedWe have also offered your family the option of buying the additional insurance before the move which would have covered the damage in full but your husband opted not to and therefore by state law, Eurmove is obligated to pay you $per pound for damagesI have offer you ten times the amount @ $to help with any expense towards replacement or repair of any damage items in the box due to accidentYou have also failed to send us the repair invoices other than the bill you created and asking Eurmove to pay you $to you.Feel free to contact me by phone and we can try to work together in resolving this issue.Again as the Owner of Eurmove, I regretted the unintentional dropping of the box and I hope that we can resolve this issue and have both parties working away satisfied with the outcome.Kind Regards,Dawda ***

Dear MrSauers, I told Ms Alvarez that Eurmove will pay for the lawn damage by the truck tire but we will not be held responsible on an dilapidated damaged driveway....We have parked box trucks on driveways for years Eurmove as a company has an impeccable reputation on Customer Service and we can prove that by the rave review we get from our customersYou are not a customer or has never been a client of EurmoveYou took it upon yourself to call and threaten us for a service and issue that was not directly in reference to you

Eurmove has rendered our service to *** *** the last months several times and has always had a good working relationship with herShe has been a good client and we have done everything ask of us to satisfy her.On the last transaction, Ms*** chose to put a Stop payment on her
credit card worth $after we rendered a moving service with multiple stops to her aunt,brother and friend which is obviously illegalThe foot board that she mentioned was probably damaged by the moving company she hired to move her from Kentucky to Houston but because our team did not unpack and inspect the bed at time of pick up, we take some responsibilityWe have spent $to repair the foot board and it is in our warehouse waiting to be picked upSince she chose to put a stop payment on our services, we are no longer obligated to render our services.We are not holding her items hostage and she is more than welcome to stop by and pick it up at our office Greenhouse Road #W1;Houston;Texas 77084.Sincerely Yours,Dawda

Thank you for the replyHowever, the contents are not acceptable or reasonable
If you inspected the driveway and found it to be dilapidated, why did you proceed to drive large, heavy trucks off the side of it repeatedly? We had a home inspection by a certified inspector just a few weeks prior and he found there was nothing more than standard surface cracking.
You are saying that you parked box trucks on driveways for years, and I believe thatBut you told your customer on the phone that your company should not have driven on that driveway in this situationI can get a sworn statement attesting to thatThat is an admission of negligence at the least
I have found that your company has very good reviewsHowever, there are a number of complaints and all of them are associated with a lack of taking responsibility when things don't go right, for example in the case of damageI have found people in your history with my exact same experienceWhen you are confronted with your damage, instead of doing the right thing and taking responsibility, you become combative and as in my case hang up the phone on a person who you wronged.
Presence or lack of rave reviews have nothing to do with this particular situation
The fact the I'm not your customer makes this situation even worseYou came onto my property without my direct permission and broke up my driveway and drove through the landscaping repeatedlyYou damage my private property and refuse to take responsibility for it and I'm not even your customer.
It is irrational and offensive to say that this issue is not "directly in reference" to usAs stated above, you came onto our property and damaged itIt has everything to do with us
The only thing I threatened was to try to discover your insurance company because you would not cooperate with your customer, your customer's realtor, nor us for over a monthYou hung up the phone on me, so I'm having to try to seek remedy on my own for the damage you caused
I understand the customer experiences of those who you've dealt with and had no problems are goodBut when a problem arises, that is when Customer Service is actually testThe way this has been handled has been very revealing and should be cautionary to anyone considering doing business with youI'm very sorry you refused to even discuss or attempt to work with usYou would find we are very reasonable and gracious people
The good news is that you still have a chance to do the right thing and take responsibility, but up to this point having intersected with you by no choice of our own, has been a difficult, unpleasant and costly experience
