Tell us why here...Mr***,I am very sorry for your frustrations. We do everything we can, within each customers unique set of circumstances, to help customers get into a vehicle that they will like and a loan that a bank will choose to purchase. Until we submit a loan on the car of your choice, there are no guarantees for you or for me. We want to sell you a car and help you, but if the bank requires more down payment, than that is what you must provide, or we can't complete the transaction. We don't earn a living without selling cars, so as much frustration as you might have, the folks at Port Lavaca Chevrolet are doing everything they can [possibly do on their end to help you.I will be happy to send you $for your frustrations. That will cover more than fill ups of fuel and partial payment for your rent vehicle. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I, not only filled the car up  once I had to fill it up to get to the dealership and then fill it up to get back home my trip to an from was 6 hours. Not only that I, also was requesting half the money back on the car that I had to rent to get to the dealership. the internet person ms. Erin Smith new all of this because we talked over the phone about this. over all I, spent $500.00 trying to get a automobile. Then I was told by another person at the dealership by the name of nigal who also promised that he could do a deal for 500.00 but called me later in the day to tell me that he found me a car but that I would have to have $3000.00 I told him I couldn't afford $3000.00 down on a $11000.00 car he then told me that he couldn't help we hung up. the very next day someone by the name of josh smith called and said that he was sorry about all the confusion an that he could get me in to something for $4000.00 down I in return informed josh that I didn't have $4000.00 so then he said go fill up my car mail or fax him the recipt and he would mail me a check. This is really taking its toll on me it has had me so upset until im having very bad head aches. what all started out as a $1000.00 deal has cost me not only money renting car filling it up with gas but it has cost me time and its not doing anything good for my credit and my health.
