Review: Hello,

I am writing my complaint because I used their service to park for a week while I went on a cruise out of Miami. On the website they say that they have free shuttle service to the port of Miami. However, the shuttle driver demanded that everyone pay him $20 dollars before we could use the shuttle service. We had no other options to get to the port and when we returned the shuttle was no where to be found and we had to take a taxi back to our car. I have tried calling them multiple times and they will not answer or respond to my voicemails.Desired Settlement: That they refund me $20 dollars that I had to pay to use their so called "free shuttle service"

Review: My girlfriend and I used this parking lot from October [redacted] through October [redacted] while we were on a 7 day cruise. This was my first vacation in almost 2 years and our first vacation together. We returned from the cruise refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to get back home to the real world. We took a cab from the port to the parking lot only to find our car a complete wreck. The back windshield was smashed out; the roof was dented in like the letter V, the sunroof destroyed, dents and damage to all sides of the car and the trunk was smashed as well. There was a rotted tree stump nearby with the tree missing. It took me 20 minutes to hunt down the parking attendant who couldn't give me any information as to what happened. He told me not to call the police (I already had) and then gave me a phone number that I could call. I spoke with a gentleman who said he was the [redacted]. I asked him what happened and he said a tree fell on the car and they cut the tree apart and took it away. I asked when he would be down to talk to me about the incident. He said he was not coming down and then cursed me out before hanging up on me. I spoke with the [redacted] earlier today and he said he wasn't doing anything about it, that I wasn't his customer anymore, and also hung up the phone on me. When you enter the parking lot initially, they give you a tag that says when you will be returning so they knew we were coming home on that date and time and yet did nothing to prepare us for what we were to find. I have called their phone number multiple times and have left a dozen messages, not once hearing back from them. It has been over 2 weeks since this happened and they have done nothing to rectify the situation. We took pictures and video showing how rotted the stump was, a [redacted] Streetview from June 2013 shows that tree already dead/dying. It is gross negligence on their part and even worse with how we've been treated throughout this whole ordeal which is still ongoing.

Total compensation of our totaled vehicle for a new vehicle which we must now purchase due to their negligence displayed by allowing a clearly rotted tree to remain on their property, falling on top of our vehicle totaling it, and the complete lack of customer service in dealing with the situation since it happened up to and continuing beyond this point.
