Port Parking

Review: I left my car parked there for half and hour, and mistakenly left my wallet inside the car. When I got back I paid with a card and left. Later that day when I went to pay in cash I had realized that the garage attendants STOLE $200 from me!!!! Unbelievable that a franchise can allow this to happen. Took a look at my car and realized that someone had even looked through the rest of my stuff. I called the [redacted]r the day after whose name was [redacted]. He told me that I am a liar and that I did not leave my money in the car even though he is the one I asked to go to my car to get my wallet. I as then told to email [redacted] and tell him about my complaint. I did this and he told me he needs to speak to his supervisor and that he will get back to me. I then received a blocked call about 2 hour later. I answered the phone call and the lady on the phone named [redacted] was at first nice to me but she told me that there are signs all over the location saying they are not liable for thefts. She then called me a fool for even leaving my money in the car in the first time. I don't think that the way that they're customer service handled my complaint is ethical nor how a company should treat their clients.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to replace the $200 that was stolen from me.
