Review: The funeral home failed to provide a proper receipt for funeral services for my relativeDesired Settlement: To Whom it may concern at Revdex.com,The way I want this settled to my satisfaction; is that they will re issue a proper receipt that includes the name of the funeral home and that the "services" were defined as funeral services for my relative.
