We provided the customer information how to return it to us for repair services as they requestedUpon receipt of the goods we'll repair the Lens and ship it back to the customer in good working condition

I ordered a $1,899.95 Cintiq from these guys and there was some kind of small hardware issue inside the components. I had intermittent interruptions with the device working, and 3 months later it doesn't work at all, I'm past their service window and they do not pick up their phone.

I believe this is handling damage and am very upset at being ignored. I even bought the four-year protection plan.

Good luck buying an expensive item from these guys.

Review: I placed an order for a new LGUM65 29" monitor on January * 2016. The total cost was $292.66. After confirming the order via e-mail today January [redacted] I get another e-mail from [redacted] saying the order was cancelled due to a technical glitch? I investigated Portable Guy's e-mail also and they said "due to a computer glitch the item on your order was listed at below market value." So they cancelled my order.

This is unbelievable they advertised it online at that price, at the time several other companies had it for a bit more, but this was the lowest price. Now almost a week later they do this and the price is higher everywhere else too. If they would have told me immediately I would have simply ordered it somewhere else. Now the demand must have been high and the other options are gone and I can't get a similar deal. Unreal since they confirmed the order and then didn't ship my product and now I'm supposed to suffer the loss? I'm sure they sold my monitor that I purchased to someone else for more money.

This is a deceptive business practice, notice that they didn't say below our cost. Notice they didn't give me a chance for other options after I was waiting a week for my monitor. So what if they made a smaller profit even if there really was a glitch, they made a promise a commitment etc... they should have been content to honor the deal we agreed to even if the margin was smaller than desired.

This is only the second time in my life I filed a claim BTW. The other was solved amazingly quick and I didn't even expect it honestly.Desired Settlement: The only option I'm interested in is that they honor the order under the conditions agreed to, and that it ships immediately since I have already waited for it. The models that would be acceptable are the LG 29UM65, LG 29UM67 or even an LG 34UM67 or higher if they wanted to go above what they promised instead of far below and since they might attempt to put a lower end product like the LG 29UM57 instead based on my recent experience.

Review: 1. You didn’t notify or update [redacted] for TWO days that you shipped the Item, letting both of us believe there was still an opportunity to cancel. 2. You billed after you got the request for stoppage. 3. You can’t possibly back charge a client a 47% on an item with out an explanation, and especially since the above took place. YOU were/are at BIG TIME fault! 4.There is a record of email that can’t be denied. [redacted] should review this "Seller" for bad practice' and although I'm grateful that [redacted] picked up the difference in funding, ...$45 returned to my VISA account on a $ 83.85 purchase without so much of a hint of explanation of why 47% was retained, on an Item I NEVER even saw or received is total and complete thievery in my estimation.Desired Settlement: [redacted] should review this "Seller" for bad practices and find ways to REMOVE this type of fraudulence from their ranks of "Sellers". Additionally, we the customer that deals DIRECTLY with [redacted], should NOT have to haggle with one of their "Sellers", for any reason.

You as Revdex.com have already notified me this was closed. If you're NOT going to provide ANY solution,.stop what you're doing which is PROLONGING a series of Lies. IF you think what they say is accurate, request PROOF of what they say,..THEN judge for yourself. You are doing NOTHING except collecting and forwarding mail.

The customer requested that we stop shipment after the package had shipped out. We arranged with UPS that they return the package to us and refunded the customer less the shipping and return fees. However, the customer was not happy about the fees we deducted. To satisfy our customer we refunded the full amount paid.

Review: I ordered a camera lens (Tamron AF 17-50mm F/2.8 SP XR Di II VC Zoom Lens for Canon Digital SLR Cameras) from Portable Guy on March **. When I got the lens and tried it out, I saw an error message pop up saying there was a faulty connection between the camera body and lens. I was able to clear it by turning the camera off and back on. I thought it was a temporary fluke, but it started happening more and more often whenever I used that lens. About a month after buying it, the lens cannot be used at all. I contacted Portable Guy and they refuse to accept the return because I don't have the original box they sent it in. The lens is in the exact same condition in which I received it and I have all the instructions and papers that came with it. It was listed as being like new, but it has obviously either been damaged in the past or is just a faulty lens.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the lens and get a refund.

Review: We ordered a printer from Portable Guy thru their [redacted] store. We waited for delivery and when the item did not come we noticed that a small envelope had arrived and had the same tracking number as the printer we had been waiting on. Inside the envelope was a USB Charger. According to the latest price on [redacted] it is a cheap $7.95 item and not the color laser printer we ordered for $86.00. We contacted this company thru [redacted] and they sent us a note apologizing and that a customer service rep would contact us. The next day we get a message thru [redacted] stating that they are not sending the printer because they had messed up on the price. Why are we just now finding out there is a problem after 10 days of waiting for the printer and getting some cheap stupid USB charger??? We sent two more messages and have yet to hear anything further and according to their last message it may be 10 more days after this cheap item is returned for us to be refunded. Unacceptable!!! They knew on the day of the order that there was a problem and did nothing to resolve this. We want our refund immediately!!!Desired Settlement: I think at the least we should be refunded and receive an apology (not some canned response) from the owner of this business. I would prefer to have the item I paid for and waited on.
