Recently had need of a portable oxygen concentrator for [redacted]. Contacted the Revdex.com & was given several options. Decided on Portable oxygen Solutions & within the hour I received a phone call from [redacted] (owner) discussed my needs, & settled on a concentrator. The next morning I contacted [redacted] & within minutes my order had been placed & the transaction was completed. [redacted] answered all my questions & patiently walked me through the type of machine I needed & how it operated. He was not only professional in his approach but friendly & patient also. I would recommend this business to anyone seeking to purchase portable oxygen equipment who is looking for a bona fide company to do business with.

Our wonderful decision to go with this company was literally life or death for our dad. We were trying to find him a portable oxygen system where he could have his freedom instead of being bound to his home on his chair. We looked all over and after speaking with the owners, we felt like we were in good hands. We bought the simply go, and it is just a lifesaver, along with the customer service that they represent is fantastic! We were able to get our dad off his chair and out to an all-day Rodeo, out in the beautiful sunshine and enjoy a wonderful day! Thank you so much for all you do for people!!! I was a little reluctant to use a medical supply business that I found online. I had done a lot of research for a portable oxygen concentrator and the couple local businesses in my area did not have what we thought we needed. I found the website for Portable Oxygen Solutions. The website is very professional and informative and helped me narrow my search down to three portable units. I then called the 800 number and spoke to xxxxx, who is the business owner. He was so knowledgable about the products he provides and helped us narrow it down to the one unit most suited for our needs. There was no pressure to make a sale, he walked us through each step of what to do to complete a purchase for the portable concentrator. He stated when he had the Doctor prescription/order he would ship our unit out the same day. He did exactly what he said, after a fax of the Doctor order was sent to him, he had our concentrator shipped the same day. He returned every phone call promptly and I am confident he will follow up if we have any future questions or problems. It has been a long time since I have done business with someone so pleasant, helpful and truly offers customer service of such qualty and high standard as we received from xxxxx. I just had the pleasure of buying an Activox portable oxygen generator form this fine company. I had a very positive experience with Portable Oxygen Solutions. Because I was planning a trip to the [redacted] and would be at a much higher altitude than normal, my doctor recommended that I get a portable unit. Portable Oxygen Solutions helped me attain the appropriate unit for my needs and it made all the difference in my ability to participate in the trip activities. I was able to do everything everyone else did including long walks over cobblestone streets and myriad stairs. My unit arrived promptly and I felt comfortable contacting the company with any further questions I had.
