I requested this information in writing from Vincent S [redacted] and was told it was unnecessaryHe said Ford Credit wouldn't have approved your new lease without resolving past credit issues with Ford I also have a voicemail message from Vinny stating that Ford wasn't getting anymore $ My boyfriend was present during these negotiations and will testify to what I have stated in my complaint There was also another salesman at Park Ford who stated it would take a month to remove all the negative Ford credit history off my credit report To verify also what I am saying you can contact Ford Credit and in the call log it states that if any additional money was owed to Ford Vinny would sent it to them directly.I entered into a lease with horrible terms with the sole purpose of clearing up my credit with Ford and paying them everything that was due This is the first time in doing business with them that I am totally dissatisfied I have been a loyal customer to Park Ford for over yearsThrough Witness testimony voicemail message and call logs from Ford I can prove my case
