Review: The location the item was purchased and returned was [redacted] VA at the Kiosk stand [redacted] Portables.
I purchased a new phone with a new plan. We had a very bad experience with the Kiosk and the hassle to return was very frustrating. I went back to the kiosk 10 days after the purchase to do a return since there was no data service in my area. ( This was later verified with A&T as well ) I also tried calling the kiosk but both phone numbers displayed on the paperwork given to me were disconnected. I went down there 10 days after the purchase so I can return it all. The salesman said I needed to come back another time when the original salesman would be there, even though it was only 10 days after...since I was not his customer ? I finally did return everything and it took 5 hours at the kiosk and it was very frustrating .....
I am writing this complaint to make sure everything was 100% resolved . The salesman said I may or may not get a monthly bill for the $600 phone even thought it was returned . I want to make sure someone who knows what they are doing can make sure my account is all resolved and there is no outstanding balance as there should not be.
Thank you for your time and help.Desired Settlement: Please make sure I am not going to be billed $600 for the phone since this was returned . I also did not get a refund for the taxes on the phone for $37.00 and when I requested the refund, I was told you never return tax to customers ? Also, if you and at&t know there is no data in some areas please stop selling to customers that you can not provide services too..Its not fair that my family and I had to go through so much just to return a phone and get the run around from the so called managers at the kiosk.
