Review: For the last 2 weeks I have been unable to receive or send e-mail on my [redacted]. I have called all numbers associated with [redacted] and [redacted] which I have gotten on [redacted] and [redacted] web pages. All are busy continually for 24 hours a day, Yes, I have tried at all hours. One day I tried every 15 minutes for an entire 24 hours, with the exception on the [redacted] number of ###-###-#### which directs me to press 1 because I was so lucky to win a Walmart gift card valued at 100.00. When I press 1 (the only option by the way) I get an Indian gentleman who is very hard to understand that cuts me off when I ask to be connected with [redacted] I would like to be contacted by either [redacted] or [redacted] to get this e-mail problem resolved. I actually pay yearly for the privilege of using [redacted] and [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by either [redacted] or [redacted] to get this e-mail problem resolved.
