Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I never authorised Portalarium to sell $of my investment to the digital distribution network Steam, it is MY money not Portalariums, their assumption that they can without prior consent sell my investment is astonishingI respectfully request that Portalarium do the right thing which is to refund me the entirety of my investment and take immediate steps to ensure that a warning be clearly laid out next to the option 'do you want to log in with your Steam credentials?' Clearly, what the consumer is doing when they use this option is not 'log in, rather they SELL a portion of their investment albeit unknowingly. Regards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept the forum ban as I have statedMy input is as valueable as any other forum membersAs I have stated to your team many times in the past your community manager has been uneven in his forum moderation and has been over zealous in his moderation of my account specifIcallyI can understand where he would have taken some of my language/commentary personally however someone in his position should be above thatI would like confirmation that "management" at the very top have reviewed my posts and interactions with the community managerI appreciate that you are attempting to come to a comprise but I am not willing to accept being removed from the forum community as I believe that even if not for my sake, for other current and future forum members I can not allow myself to receive this type of treatment as it will likely happen to others if not kept in check now

License Agreement. After warnings and temporary suspensions, it was decided by management that your forum account would no longer be able to post in the forums. Game access was not revoked on this account. We do understand your desire to regain access to the Player Marketplace section of the forums to sell items from your account. We can work with you to allow posting permission in the Player Marketplace on your main forum account. Please note that general Player Marketplace forum guidelines will still apply. The rules can be reviewed here: [redacted] Posts will be reviewed for guideline compliance before they appear on the Marketplace.  We hope that we can move forward with this compromise, and that you will accept our response here.

as a whole. this company goes above and beyond what any other would. they care for there customers and do what they can to ensure they are satisfied.
including personal requests. and do note they are extremely busy so contact at times can feel a little slow. here's hoping they hire a few for human resources and representatives to interact with support tickets.

however this company has sown more compassion for there customers than I have ever seen (such as combining "founder" accounts with an older one and combining the value and giving "founder" status to the new owner. with that said. I here by grant the knighthood by the order of the Revdex.com, RISE! *hands over a positive experience! vote*
