The porter cable company sold me a product that is dependent on being able to by fuel cells to operate it which they discontinued.I bought the porter cable bammer nail gun that runs on gas fuel cells. this was a very expensive gun and I love the porter cable brand. I own several porter cable products and have alway found them to be a great product. However when trying to buy replacement fuel cell I was told by porter cable that is no longer made and try to find some place who still has them and buy as many as I could because they can not help me. I can not find any place who has them and the nail gun is now not usable. I would like my money back for selling me a product that was discontinued by them. I can buy nails still but not the gas fuel cells. I paid $499.00 for the nail gun that is worth zero with out fuel cells not to mention the nails at different sizes I have bought that are also worth nothing. please help respectfully Desired SettlementEither money or a store credit for a trim nail gun that runs on gas fuel cells. comperable to the one I bought.

I purchased a Porter Cable [redacted] as a gift for my husband about a month or 2 ago. He recently opened it to find that the accessories are missing. I can not locate the receipt. I do not remember which hardware store I bought it at. So, I called the manufacturer, Porter Cable. They refuse to replace the missing accessories. This is very poor customer service. I now have a tool that cost me a lot of money that can't be used because there are no accessories included. I will not buy any more of their products. Also, when I asked for the supervisor's name,I was told they are not allowed to give their last names, only first names, which was [redacted].Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like the accessories that were supposed to be included in the box with the tool.
