I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the response is acceptable to me provided Porter Homes delivers the written agreement described to me within 7 business days from today (9/30/2016) and remits the check for $1012.50 within 7 business days after receiving a signed agreement from me.  I believe this is a reasonable time limit since it has already been 39 days since Porter Homes agreed to reimburse our cost.
