Review: New roof and gutters installed this year. Problem with water following recent storm overflowing. Complaint issued 5 days ago and following emails, voice messages, communication wi,th reception providing details of complaint, unable to get a response from the [redacted]r or technical sale by the name of [redacted], neither have responded I have repeatedly asked for someone to make an appointment, but unable to get a responseDesired Settlement: Immediate response for the company to set up an appointment with the owner [redacted]
