I just received a call from this company telling me that they have a package for my grandsonThey have been calling me for months and I never returned the callsI decided this time to call them backWhen I called the number they gave me, Michelle P [redacted] said they have to talk to my grandson before the package is delivered or he would have to go to courtAfter I hung up, I looked up the company online and the number listed is a paint companyMy grandson doesn't live with me and never hasWhat's going on?

I continue to be harassed by this company after I have told them numerous time that the person with the social security they are looking for is not me I have been contacted numerous times by April at Smith Porter & AssociatesI have let her know each time that the person with the social security she is looking for is not meThe only thing that I have in common with that person is our nameI have also asked her on numerous occasions to stop calling and harassing meWhen I hung up on her today she called back threatening me saying "yes it is you and we'll see you in court"I am tired of this constant harassmentI have blocked their number several times but each time they call back with a different phone numberHere are two of the numbers- [redacted] & [redacted]

THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! FOR SOME REASON WHEN PEOPLE WORK AT A COLLECTION AGENCY OR IF THEY THINK YOU OWE MONEY IT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO BE RUDE TO PEOPLEI RETURNED A CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY CALLED ME FOR AND A GUY NAMED BRYAN (I BELIEVE THAT WAS HIS NAME) ANSWERED AND WAS TALKING VERY LOW AND WAS NOT CLEARI ASKED HIM TO PLEASE SPEAK UP AND TO REPEAT WHAT HE HAD SAID...IN THE SAME DISTORTED VOICE AND SAME LEVEL HE SAID IT AGAINALL I COULD HEAR WAS SOMEONE WAS GETTING READY TO TAKE ME TO COURTYOU COULD IMAGINE HOW I FELT WHEN I COULDNT GET ALL THE INFO AND SOMEONE WAS TAKING ME TO COURT! HE WAS RUDE AND WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALLHE HUNG UP ON ME AND BECAUSE HE COULDNT SPEAK IN A VOICE I COULD HEAR OR UNDERSTAND HE TREATED ME POORLYAMERICANS...IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB ITS NOT ANYONES FAULT IT CAN ONLY BE CHANGED BY YOUAND IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK THERE I PROMISE YOU SOMEONE ELSE CAN FILL THE POSITIONALSO, WHY DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CAN BE UGLY JUST BECAUSE THE OTHER PERSON IS ON THE PHONE? AND POSSIBLY OWES MONEY? WOULD YOU BE THIS WAY FACE TO FACE? DOES IT MAKE PEOPLE ANY LESS OF A PERSON JUST BECAUSE THEY MIGHT OWE MONEY? IM SURE AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER YOU HAVE FOUND YOURSELF WITH A PAST DUE BILL SOMEWHERE, BRYANYOU SHOULD ALWAYS TREAT EVERYONE WITH THE SAME STANDARD OF RESPECT AS YOU WOULD YOUR MOTHER OR FATHERI REALLY HOPE THIS WAS RECORDED AND YOUR BOSS TAKES CARE OF THE MATTER HOWEVER HE SEES FIT

This isn't a real companyThey wanted money, but wouldn't provide any informationThe number they have listed at the Revdex.com is a painting company
The company called and said that I owed money from something years ago, but wouldn't provide any documentation on the transactionWhen I asked for details they hung up on meThe Revdex.com needs to investigate this because they currently hold an A+ rating!! I checked my credit report and there wasn't any transaction on it from the company they stated or the date they claimed it happened

Harrassing Phone Calls and Refusal to remove me from their phone list after repeated requests
I keep getting prerecorded phone calls from this company (looking for ***, stating they have a package to deliver and to please call for details(it's obviously a collection agency)I ignored the first several calls but decided to call them and ask to be removed from the listI told them I was not the person they were looking for and have no idea who he isThe person stated they would remove me (I called multiple times over the past several months because these calls are very annoying)Today, I called AGAIN and spoke with*** (pretty sure I've spoke to her before)They give you the same speal over and over again saying they will remove me from the listWhen I asked to speak to her supervisor, she became very rude and hung up on meI called back and, again, was told they will remove me from the list and that they were too busy for me to speak to a supervisorI

I do not know who they are calling for This clearly is a collection agency I have told the rep's this repeatedly They say that my number is not in their system any longer but I am still getting the auto dialer calls They say it should only take hours for the calls to stop, however it has been weeksI have spoken with three reps, when I was patient enough to wait on hold for upward of an hour This is a cell # I don'y know*** (unintelligable last name) This is a clear violation of FDCPA rules
