[redacted] has worked with [redacted] regarding her Hot tub [redacted] has drained and refilled the spa several times in order to start fresh It is important when taking care of a hot tub to treat the water This spa comes with a UV sanitizing system, However more swimmer waste (i.elotions, creams, and body oils) is being introduced to the Hot tub than the Hot Tub can treat Therefore it is important to add additional Sanitizer and Oxidizer in order to keep the water sparkling Ph balance is also important We have provided these products to [redacted] at no-charge [redacted] does not chemically treat the Hot tub as we have asked her to do There is no fault with the Hot Tub ***'s claim that the dirty water is coming from the pumps or from the spa is unfounded We hope that we can again engage [redacted] in a discussion on how to take care of her Hot Tub We have also referred [redacted] to an outside source, [redacted] We asked her to call them for additional information at ###-###-#### Or http://www[redacted] .com They are chemical professionals that also can help [redacted] with her Hot Tub issues We referred [redacted] to [redacted] only because [redacted] was not following our instructions in how to care for her Hot Tub We have been in business since 1978, we do take customer service seriously

I am rejecting this response because: I have been using sanitizer and shock all along. As I have stated, this is not my first hot tub. also I sent proof by a water test that the PH was fine. I put JET Clean in this hot tub on April 5th 2013. ran the jets several hours, let product stay in tub over night. Next day April 6th, drained tub ,washed it out with hose, wiped it down, refilled it, drained it again using a pump I borrowed from another spa dealer. Then drained it again, replaced filter. During the last draining, I discovered a broken hose drain in hot tub. I had not used this lowest drain till then, so I guess that hose drain was broken all along. Any way on April 15th2013, I went to check on water quality, the gross plastic smelling foam is back. I am out of ideas, and called Sundance Spas, and talked to a representative about the broken hose drain, he accused me of braking hose drain an told me if I would use chemicals I it would be fine ..I repeat I do use sanitizer, etc. Oh yes, I also had to call a electrician because a ground wire had come loss inside the tub electric panel

During the weekend, *** and *** *** went to another local hot tub dealer in Casper and received some help to drain, clean refill Capri tub again...During this process we found a crack that ran the entire length of the outer filter that was installed last time tub was cleaned by Porter's march 2014, can not clean and reuse it But also discovered that under the 3' gray drain valve cap, the male garden hose fitting is broken, see pix Also had to get an electrician to reattach the ground wire because the breaker protection kept shutting down the electricity to the tub, see pix Just another day with this poorly installed nasty hot tub
