I called Porterhouse Heating because my furnace was not starting Shawn [redacted] answered the call and was at my house within minutes The furnace was fixed and checked out within minutes Shawn is very friendly and was able to answer all questions I will use Porterhouse Heating and Cooling again for cleaning or when there is something wrong with the furnace or A/C unites Shawn is very professional, it is good to know that you can trust him

I've used Porterhouse Heating three times since 2012 and have had an excellent experience each time. Most recently (2/23/2015), my furnace was blowing cold air and I needed it fixed immediately. Even though I called Porterhouse after 8pm, and despite the fact that we had below zero weather, they called back almost immediately and offered to come out that night even though they had several calls before mine. I had them come out first thing the next morning and, as always, they were prompt, courteous, fast, and very reasonably priced. In fact, it almost seemed as if they went out of their way to make sure the price was reasonable to me. They fixed my flame sensor on my furnace and cleaned it out and my heat has never worked better!

Porterhouse's business ethic and quality of work make them my "go to" heating and air conditioning company. Whenever I have trouble or even when I need general cleaning, I only think of one place - Porterhouse. Highly recommended.

Porterhouse Heating and Cooling responded in a timely fashion to an emergency call on a Sunday morning. I awoke to the temperature in my house at 54 degrees. They responded within an hour, had the parts and installed them. Shawn also gave me a preventive maintenance tip on how to extend the life of a part he installed. His pricing was fair, especially considering the emergency Sunday morning call. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
