I have asked the business if they provide me a proof of authenticity and was told they will send me the receipt and still haven't been able to hear from them.also they claim that it was authenticated by third party seller, but I have hard time believing that as the item as the store associate from the chanel store told meafter seeing the item that they suspect the item is not authentic the item claims its authentic item and its final sale only if the item is authentic but item isn't authentic.I want full refund when returning the item

Salespeople are not trained to authenticate merchandise and many have a policy to refrain from providing those services. First the sales person at chanel had extensive experience dealing chanel boy bag and other chanel goods and then I also took it to the manager to get the opinion and was told they suspect the authenticity. I was told when I called portero that they will send me the receipt where the boy bag was originally purchased from but still haven't received one. the item's condition as exactly same as I received and I don't want to risk the authenticity of the item so I want to return the item and receive full refund back to my credit card.
