Porter's Mountain View Supply

During the weekend, [redacted] and [redacted] went to another local hot tub dealer in Casper and received some help to drain, clean refill Capri tub again...During this process we found a crack that ran the entire length of the outer filter that was installed last time tub was cleaned by Porter's march 6 2014, can not clean and reuse it.  But also discovered that under the 3' gray drain valve cap, the male garden hose fitting is broken, see pix.  Also had to get an electrician to reattach the ground wire because the breaker protection kept shutting down the electricity to the tub, see pix.  Just another day with this poorly installed nasty hot tub.

[redacted] has worked with [redacted] regarding her Hot tub.  [redacted] has drained and refilled the spa several times in order to start fresh. 
It is important when taking care of a hot tub to treat the water.  This spa comes with a UV sanitizing system, However more swimmer waste (i.e. lotions, creams, and body oils) is being introduced to the Hot tub than the Hot Tub can treat.  Therefore it is important to add additional Sanitizer and Oxidizer in order to keep the water sparkling.  Ph balance is also important.  We have provided these products to [redacted] at no-charge.  [redacted] does not chemically treat the Hot tub as we have asked her to do.  There is no fault with the Hot Tub.  [redacted]'s claim that the dirty water is coming from the pumps or from the spa is unfounded.    We hope that we can again engage [redacted] in a discussion on how to take care of her Hot Tub. 
      We have also referred [redacted] to an outside source, [redacted].  We asked her to call them for additional information at ###-###-####.  Or http://www.[redacted].com . They are chemical professionals that also can help [redacted] with her Hot Tub issues.  We referred [redacted] to [redacted] only because [redacted] was not following our instructions in how to care for her Hot Tub.  We have been in business since 1978, we do take customer service seriously.

This is not our first spa. We traded our previous one in on the purchase of this one. I have never seen anything like this ever. We know how to properly care for a hot tub. The one we traded in was also from [redacted] and we had no such issues with it.We had the previous spa for ten years. We have...

mailed you pictures of the crud that forms in the water. We have taken a sample of the water to an independent tester and should have the results within a week. We have drained it twice and [redacted] has drained it once. They added chemicals and really do not know what to do. I really think it is coming from internally out of the piping, etc. Fact is we want a new replacement spa.
