Portia Pro

I signed up for a digital medical record services from Portia Pro. After months of continual issues with their system not working, losing data, freezing, etc we notified them that we would be changing providers and needed all of the data and records from our account. Portia has refused to provide us our client records and claims that there's no way to access them except by downloading each individual note one by one for every session ever completed. This would take hundreds of man-hours to complete and is absolutely insane. It's impossible that there's no other possible way to get the records out of their system, but they're refusing to give them to us.
