Hi there, I spoke to this customer personally during the phone call she refers to At the time, I did not have the information on the purchase in front of me, so I did not realize that it had already been three months since her purchase We do not take all discretionary returns, and the stated reason for this one was that the customer had repainted her kitchen I really don't see what that has to do with us or her transaction with us It has now been over six months, and we are not going to authorize this return I'm not sure what the customer means about needing instructions Our mailing address was on the package and is on our website This return is way to old to accept AND I have no information as to whether the merchandise is still in saleable condition No store in the world issues refunds prior to a return We are no exception The customer's request is denied [redacted] Portiera Designs, Ltd

The return policy states that no return would be accepted without prior authorization.  Portier would never answer emails or messages left on phone to give me an authorization for a return.  The item is exactly as I received it.  Still in the mailing box and wrapped in the protective paper.
