Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sir, I am replying one by one Trespassing put against [redacted] Can you please confirm with [redacted] whether he has given any written letter of membership termination before (even till now I haven't got any termination letter) 3rd november I went to talk to him as the parent of [redacted] (year) who is also member of PBCSo I am not sure how this can be trespassing when I am both member as well as parent of minor child who was also member of PBC Arguing with other PBC members: Can he point out a single member of club with which I ever argued and date of argumentI was member of his club for more than years and many times he only complemented me that you are very social and play with every body I am shocked to hear this allegation as well Arguing with PBC Staff/Managment I think no point of explaining this Inappropriate posting on Internet My understanding is USA promote freedom of speech for the consumersIf he is not listening to grievence of members I have right for free speech and share my experience on internetAlso Yelp published my feedback on internet so I think it can't be inappropriate, otherwise they wouldn't make it available for public consumption Sir you can read the entire email and all the time I simply asking him the reason of termination of membership of my daughter who is minor (yr) and [redacted] never explainsSince he doesn't have any reasonOn my face he told me that I am terminating you and your daughter's membership since you posted feedback on Yelp, when I asked him to give me this in written he refused, since he is very smart and understand posting on yelp can't be ground for termination and attract legal penalty for consumer harassment I am hopeful that you will talk to PBC owner and help me to get my due as well as unconditional apology

The consumer posted some derogatory things online, and was acting unprofessionalWe brought his to his attention, and tried to address this with him, he denied everything, deleted it, and then re-posted itHe became disorderly when we brought this to his attention, and his conduct was aggressiveHe brought this upon himself, and this is why we contacted the authorities and terminated his and his daughter's membership! We have zero tolerance for this behavior

2. Arguing with other PBC members:
Can he point out a single member of club with which I ever argued and date of argument. I was member of his club for more than 5 years and many times he only complemented me that you are very social and play with every body.  I am shocked to hear this false allegation as well
3. Arguing with PBC Staff/Managment
 I think no point of explaining this. 
4. Inappropriate posting on Internet.
My understanding is USA promote freedom of speech for the consumers. If he is not listening to grievence of members I have right for free speech and share my experience on internet. Also Yelp published my feedback on internet so I think it can't be inappropriate, otherwise they wouldn't make it available for public consumption.
Sir you can read the entire email and  all the time I simply asking him the reason of termination of membership of my daughter who is minor (7 yr) and [redacted] never explains. Since he doesn't have any reason.
