I am responding to a complaint regarding Portland cleaners located at [redacted] ,Me [redacted] We serviced a cleaning for Mr[redacted] for a laundered and pressed shirtMr [redacted] failed to remove a very small plastic tag on the collar of his shirt which we did not see nor noticeWe cleaned and pressed his shirt and delivered it back to his company his girlfriend then came in demanding we pay for the shirt saying we ruined itWe looked at the shirt and explained they failed to remove the tag and we offered to re-clean the shirt and try and get the plastic off again it was a very small spot on the back of the shirt near the collarWe tried several times to fix the issue and was unable to do so we sent the shirt back again they sent it back to us for the same issue we again tried to get the plastic spot off and was unsuccessfulWe sent the shirt back again for the third timeThe customer continued to call and threaten us to the point of where we stopped excepting calls from the customer due to the fact they were called times in a row in one day settingWe apologize for what has happened but again it's not our companies fault the customer failed to remove the remainder of the plastic from the tags they had removed from the shirt

pressed his shirt and delivered it back to his company his girlfriend then came in demanding we pay for the shirt saying we ruined it. We looked at the shirt and explained they failed to remove the tag and we offered to re-clean the shirt and try and get the plastic off again it was a very small spot on the back of the shirt near the collar. We tried several times to fix the issue and was unable to do so we sent the shirt back again they sent it back to us for the same issue we again tried to get the plastic spot off and was unsuccessful. We sent the shirt back again for the third time. The customer continued to call and threaten us to the point of where we stopped excepting calls from the customer due to the fact they were called 15 times in a row in one day setting. We apologize for what has happened but again it's not our companies fault the customer failed to remove the remainder of the plastic from the tags they had removed from the shirt.

Thanks for  your time today.  This message is to inform you that we will take responsibility for damaged seat covers.  Spot cleaning would not remove the stains so we took additional action.  Cleaning instructions were followed, but unfortunately the covers...

could not withhold the cleaning process.  This is unfortunate, but our goal is your satisfaction.   
Portland Cleaners agrees to pay for the damages.  In return you ([redacted]) agree to remove negative review with Revdex.com.
