Mr***Walked in for his appointment the original student that he was scheduled with called out and Mr [redacted] was scheduled with another student was left a voicemail a day prior to inform him of the changeUpon checking in Mr [redacted] was checked in and the front desk rep told him that the student would be with him at this point Mr [redacted] got upset said he was never informed about the change wanted a refundThe front desk rep stated that we had a student to provide the services for himHe them got upset started shouting profanity at the girl used racial comments to her in front of other clients waiting for their servicesThe front desk reps told Mr [redacted] that she would get with the manager about his request but Mr [redacted] shouted and pointed at her continued shouting profanity and racial commentsHe was then told to come down by one of our Instructor and Mr [redacted] left the buildingHe was contacted the next day by the Director and he continued shouting profanity at the DirectorWe issued Mr [redacted] a refund and is no longer welcome at of place of business

This response is a complete fabrication of the factsIf anyone was racist it was the girl at the front desk who used racial epitaphs in Spanish not knowing that I speak SpanishI didn't put it in my original complaint because I didn't need to in order to lodge a legitimate complaintThey also lied about voluntarily refunding my money and I've only been issued a temporary credit to my account while *** *** resolves the issueNo manager called me the following day to make things rightA manager called me and started shouting at me about what happened and I hung up

We issued Mr. [redacted] a refund 33.00 and is no longer welcome at of place of business.
