Hello, Please see the attachments as proof of information I am providing to you [redacted] and [redacted] signed their lease on 7/19/2017, I have attached a copy of this and highlighted the areas that clearly states in Paragraph on the 1st? page of their lease documents“ This lease contract will automatically renew month to month unless either party gives at least a 60-day written notice of termination or intent to move-out as required in paragraph 36.” ? Paragraph clearly states “Before moving out, you must give your representative advance written move-out notice as provided belowYour moveout notice will not release you from liability for the full term of the lease contract or renewal termYou will still be liable for the entire lease contract term if you move out early (paragraph 21) expect under the military clause (paragraph 22) ? “We must receive advance written notice of your move-out dateThe advance notice must be at least the number of days of notice required in paragraph Oral move-out notice will not be accepted and will not terminate your lease contract.” ? On November 11th, @ 12:30pm, I sent a renewal offer letter to [redacted] and [redacted] via email to each of their personal emails [redacted] opened his email and I have proof of this through our software called Rent CaféI highlighted the paragraph of the letter that reminds residents about putting in their 60-day notice to vacate to the officeI remind residents of this in that letter as a courtesy as our office is not required to provide the reminder ? On December 7th, my property accountant, Katie K [redacted] spoke with [redacted] personally about the required days that was to be provided as this was already one day late on his 60-day notice ? We finally received a written 60-day notice on January 7th, I provided a copy of their written notice that is dated and signed by [redacted] and [redacted] Their lease end date is February 6thA 60-day notice will take them to March 6, and will be required to pay through that date ? These residents failed to comply with the lease policies and procedures as listed in the legal lease documents they signed in July ?
