I am truly sorry this happened, after over 15 years in the business I am happy to say this is an isolated incident. I recently switched internet and phone providers and was all set up for this transition. Unfortunately nothing was forwarding or working as promised...this took us a week or so to...

realize that we were not only not receiving orders placed on the web site, but that we were not getting any e-mails or phone messages. Once this was found out we took immediate action and had to sift through over 500 e-mails a day and respond to a good portion of those . unfortunately [redacted] was one of those customers that had tried to follow up on an order she placed and was unable to reach us. make matters worse, the post office lost the parcel. I can understand her frustration...I would be upset as well....once in contact with her she was too upset to want to deal with us anymore at that point and so there was really nothing we could do to try and rectify this problem. She of course was refunded her money. I am truly sorry this happened e feel awful, but we are trying to do our best, some times things are out of your control no matter how hard you try.
