representative of Portman Electric placed a call to the customer the same day to resolve. As of this day, September 18th, we have not received a response. Portman Electric values our customers and takes pride in our service. Our goal is to provide quality service with customer satisfaction. We will continue to pursue this in order to settle this case.
As indicated in our plan for a resolution, Portman Electric sent two electricians out to the customer's home on 9/26/14 to settle the complaint. The inspector for her jurisdiction was also present and approved all work done to the satisfaction of the customer. Therefore, Portman Electric has fulfilled it's obligation and has considered the matter resolved.
