to her that we had a substantial unforeseen expense, and we asked if we could refund her money in installments, which she agreed. We have sent her three payments to date: $494 on 4/20/14, $492 on 5/20/14, and $200 on 6/20/14. The balance owed to her is $788,82.

We explained to her that we had a substantial unforeseen expense, and we asked if we could refund her money in installments, which she agreed. We have sent her three payments to date: $494 on 4/20/14, $492 on 5/20/14, and $200 on 6/20/14. The balance owed to her is $788,82. We fully intend to continue sending installment payments until she is paid in full. In addition, if she would like to book another trip, we would like to offer her a free night for her inconvenience.
