Review: This business is refusing to admit to or address damage that is clearly their fault.
Brought silk shirt to be dry cleaned. Clear chemical damage caused by dry cleaning. I have pictures. Promised a call back from owner who I was told name is [redacted] (Spelling?). Never received a call back.
Found that [redacted] is the owner off Manta and the Revdex.com. I called and asked for [redacted] Ma. I was told she does not work there or own the cleaners and that I had the wrong number.Desired Settlement: $54 reimbursement and refund.
$48 reimbursement for damage business caused to my shirt. 40% Fair Market Value of $120 Tommy Bahama Shirt.
$6 refund for dry cleaning.
