Really great serviceTons of pictures for really cheapJessica was super helpful!

USA Portraits is NOT well organizedI had an appointment with Portraits USA which was made a week in advance, when we arrived to our appointment minutes early the day of our appointment we come to find that there are People line in front of usI asked the guy in the front taking care of the sign in sheet if we had to wait since we had an appointment, he said yes you have to wait until everyone gets done taking there pictures Seriously, I thought that the point in making an appointment was for to company to comply with there appointmentsSince we had our month old son which can not sit very long we decided to leave, this was a waste of time and money (deposit was not refunded)Not a very professional place

The original contract is attachedThe date in the right top corner (2/9/12) is the date we first met with himMay is written at the top to signify the month we requested painting begin (weather permitting)The warranty info is at the top leftThe original contract form indicated years but *** changed it to years at the time the contract was written (this is what was agreed upon when we first called him to ask questions about type of paint, time to complete job, warranty, insurance, etc)

I am not happy was not able to reschedule pickup do to a family emergencyGot message saying if I did not pickup on date and time they would destroy photos even after I paid in full for them

[redacted] changed it to 3 years at the time the contract was written (this is what was agreed upon when we first called him to ask questions about type of paint, time to complete job, warranty, insurance, etc).

Rude customer service called in the beginning of November to cancel the disc and canvases I ordered they said that was fine but chaged my card anyways and when it declined they continued to try charging it until it finally went through and when I called to ask them why John the manager answered rudely and got an attitude with when I told him why I was calling and said they don't do cancellations the people they have in the stores trying to get sells are rude and pushy when trying to get your attention. They step in your way and you have to practically have to yell at them for them to move

Really great service. Tons of pictures for really cheap. Jessica was super helpful!

I had a really good experience with this studio, my family pictures came up great and the prize was affordable
