Hang on to your wallets and don't even go here! This nasty little loan office is dirty from the time you walk in!. 3 women roam around and no one specific talks to you. 2 of the women appear to not know what they are doing. The leader a Marjori [redacted] is an angry, mentally challenged , obnoxious rude woman who has no social skills and should be kept away from the public! There are problems with all of their disclosures, lack of disclosures and also of the contract itself which is designed to confuse the unwary consumer:
1.One of the ladies quoted 3% interest on the loan....In reality it is a whopping 31.89%...the highest usury rate I have ever seen...higher even than Synchrony
2.No disclosure about their rule of 78 which is actually a pre pay penalty on insurance ....the claim is no prepay penalty fee. I paid my awful loan off in 2 weeks and was clipped over $180. This is a case of trying to call an apple an orange. It is
a prepay penalty no matter what they call it.
3. Time line each month is represented as 10 days but in reality that is 10 days before payment is due with no grace period. Contract tells consumer in way designed to confuse the consumer.
4.Any discussion or questions with the "leader" Marjori is answered by hysterical screaming and threats to call police.
5.Since I failed to read the contract( my bad) I saw immediately it was a disastrous loan along with a ridiculous loud mouth it in charge of the office.
6.I had an ugly battle with the "leader" after I paid my first payment with her calling me and my mother a [redacted] and throwing my receipt on the floor. Not believing having to deal with an it like this I threw a trash can right under my feet back at her. Of course that was not ok and she screamed about police again.
I called a supervisor and reported this outrageous behavior. Have never done business with a dishonest low life like this so immediately found other money to pay off this pig. Went back 2 weeks after my 1st month and was screamed at again by this horrid Marjori that she would not give me a pay off and to get out before she called the police. UGH
They're the best.the only people who would give me a chance to improve my credit and fix my work vehicle.the ladies in the office are absolutely angels!!
