Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is a response from the letter I received today date nov 2015,the president of portuguese center says: *Rental agreement for the member usage of the hall does not allow any alcohol and any other beverages to be brought into the facility from the outsideonly deserts are allowed from the outsideR:we agree on that 100% *at the end of the event was noticed alcohol jelly shots left over on top of the tablessome were still full and about empty cupsthe cleaning crew and bartender smelled the jelly cups were alcohol and not regular jelly cups desert...this violates the state liquor regulations as well as portuguese cutural center rental agreementsR:we were on the event from start to last person to leave the hall the bartenders and crew service were there until everything was clean and sweep we left there 1:40am and no one ever told us about this storie the first time they told me that my deposit wouldn't be return was on the following week that Ana told a different storie,she told me about underage drinking jellies shot and and alcohol under the table,so I ask her why she never call the police if kids were drink? I also ask her why nobody told on the time of the event so I could stop anything that was not supposed to happen?unfortunately I don't know what to believe anymore,for several times I ask to speak to the president and I left several voice messages but was reply back,now that I made the complaint the change the storie and also send me a check for each I am not going to accept because they should act on the time of the event or a least show me evidence that this stories is true,not a single picture was never send to me to prove me that this storie is true *the security deposit is taken to ensure all rules and regulations are followed_this member did not follow the rental agreement and broke state liquor regulations.charging $is the minimum we can do to recover from our losses that evening ...the sale of bottles of [redacted] would generate about to the Portuguese cultural centernever mine the liability of the alcohol that was brought in from the outside,this type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable by our members.: R:we paid the portuguese cutural center over $13k to host the event serve food and alcoholl also we ask to change the beer menu on the open bar and the President came during the event collect $cash for the change order,we had no need to bring extra alcohol since the party was open bar, this forme is a lie and not accept because if that was true why they never handle during the event, also why they change stories about underage drinking and also the President avoid all my call to a least tell his side of the storie,unfortunately this a matter of greed after all the money I spend have my deposit detained for some stories that doesn't add up is a shamei want a full amount of my deposit back because I did nothing wrong and I should get my money back [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:this is a response from the letter I received today date nov 30 2015,the president of portuguese center says:*Rental agreement for the member usage of the hall does not allow any alcohol and any other beverages to be brought into the facility from the outside... only deserts are allowed from the outside.R:we agree on that 100%*at the end of the event was noticed alcohol jelly shots left over on top of the tables... some were still full and about 120 empty cups... the cleaning crew and bartender smelled the jelly cups were alcohol and not regular jelly cups desert...this violates the state liquor regulations as well as portuguese cutural center rental agreements.R:we were on the event from start to last person to leave the hall the bartenders and crew service were there until everything was clean and sweep we left there 1:40am and no one ever told us about this storie the first time they told me that my deposit wouldn't be return was on the following week that Ana told a different storie,she told me about underage drinking jellies shot and and  alcohol under the table,so I ask her why she never call the police if kids were drink?
