After having received an exemplary service, I want to tell everyone how great this company is - both as far as customer service and quality! I have an 12-year old berber carpet in my townhouse - I used traditional steam cleaner before but the carpet still looked awful and I honestly thought I'd have to spend hundreds to get a new carpet. Not anymore!
- I called before 8am expecting to get a voice mail - but the owner, Cal, picked up!
- Cal arranged to send someone to my house that SAME morning (and they work evenings and weekends)!
- Cal also took the time to explain to me how their chemical/dry carpet cleaning works and why it's different from the other services.
- They showed up 1.5 hours later and left 1.5 hours later and I was left with a carpet that looked brand new!! I could not believe it! My husband tipped the guys and I called into the office and talked to Tammy who took payment.
The company is friendly and professional and they were able to work within my schedule and they did an amazing job - even though I gave no notice. I am so happy that I found this company and will definitely have them back to do the rest of the house.
The whole experience was FLAWLESS and I will be telling everyone I know about them!
