March 25, 2016Dear [redacted] :Posel Management Company is a real estate company leasing shopping centers and office buildingsWhen the proposed interested client requested a lease, I explained to him that I required a $non-refundable deposit once he gets a leaseHe understood that and sent a deposit of $500.00.On February 21, 2016, we sent him a letter explaining the depositSee attachmentOn February 24th, we sent our lease to the tenantSee attachmentI also emailed the tenant as well.On February 29, 2016, the proposed tenant contacted me and explained that he didn't receive a lease and he found another locationI told him that the lease went out on the 24th and I also sent him an email lease on the 24thHe said he never got it and wants his deposit backHe obviously found another location during the days he was waiting for the Lease and changed his mindI told him the purpose of the deposit was to cover my legal expenses if he changed his mindI was contacted by his attorney and I gave him the same explanation why we were not returning his deposit.Therefore, I don't believe that any further response is necessary from me pertaining to this complainant.If you have any questions, you can certainly contact me.I remain.Yours truly,Sy *G.Executive Vice President

a deposit of $500.00.On February 21, 2016, we sent him a letter explaining the deposit. See attachment. On February 24th, we sent our lease to the tenant. See attachment.
