Posh Auto Sales, Inc.

On January 29, 2015 I purchased a [redacted] from [redacted], an associate at Posh Auto Sales. The price of the car was $3,500 which was paid full in cash plus an additional $368.00 for the title, license, and other fees which totaled $3,981.97. I didnt have the car a good 2 days before I had to return it. Neither one of the back doors open and the car would cut off while I was driving. I returned the car to them on February 3, 2015 because they agreed they would have it fixed by the end of the week. So thursday February 5,2015 I went to see about the car and [redacted] then changed the day that it would be completed to either Friday Feb 6 or that following Monday Feb 9. So Monday comes and I go see about the car but the car isnt there nor was it fixed. [redacted] said that the car was at the [redacted] dealership in Raleigh and that it cost $700 to fix whatever was wrong with the car. After a disagreement because of the car not being ready at the days that were promised I asked for a refund and they agreed. I also spoke with a man named [redacted] who was very rude and unprofessional. I had a neutral tone with him but he kept getting loud making me very uncomfortable. [redacted] agreed to meet me at the office On Feb 12, 2015 at 3pm so that we could talk face to face. I spoke with him briefly before I got to the office and He told me that the [redacted] was ready and behind him on the highway. When I got to the office my car wasnt there. HE then called [redacted] and [redacted] told him he was about 30 mins away. I left the car lot and returned shortly and the car still wasnt there. [redacted] pulled me into his office and agreed that he will refund me my money because the car had messed up again. he called the [redacted] dealership while I was in there and told them that they were returning the car because it was still messed up. [redacted] agreed that on Thursday Feb,12 at 1pm I could come to the office and get my money. When the time came no one was at the office and when I called [redacted] he was very rude again!
