Review: I ordered a bday tutu set for my daughter and after ordering realized the website defalted the size back to 6-12 month sizing for my daughter. I contacted the owner, Ms. [redacted] that night 9/30/13 and told her that I really needed a 18-24mth size outfit. She responded back via text and email that would not be any problem. The website advertises that the oufit will be mailed out within 3-5 days.I followed back up the following week and she stated that she had to hire new help and would mail the oufit out tuesday 10/7. I recvd the outfit but the shirt is the wrong size. I have called # listed on website, emailed, and texted Ms [redacted] and can not get response. I would like the correct size or to be informed on the return process for refund. I spent $120.00 for this outfit and really need the right size Please help!!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the right sized outfit or my $120.00 back.

Review: I made an order on friday 1/17/14 I ask for a rush order, I have been call for the pass wee and there was no answer the phone was out of service I have no way of tracking my order. [redacted] process my order and took my money but I did not recive my order.

Posting a COMPLAINT Here in Revdex.com was unnecessary!! She is getting her shirt today!! She did NOT pay 70.00 for her Shirt! Invoice and Tracking Provided to customer * times by email!!!

Review: I purchased a tutu and shirt from their website 3/26/2015. I was charged $91.95 3/27 for the merchadise.

They refunded it 4/16/15, and charged it again 4/20 (I have the bank statements to show). That should have been the 1st sign that something wasnt right. I was told via text that there was an error but it was fixed. So after that issue was resolved, I recieved the merchandise JUST IN TIME for my daughters party 5/9/15. I ordered it 3/27/15! After checking my bank statement randomly one day, I see AN ENTIRELY NEW CHARGE 6/30/15 for $129.95. I NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING ELSE FROM them, or so much as even been back to the website after my purchase in march !! This is a completely fraudulent charge. I have sent 2 emails via the website's "contact us" portal and left them a voicemail and still no response. Now Im out of $129.95 that I dont have, for a bogus charge that cannot be explained. Furthermore, it bothers me that they have kept my card information on file this long after my purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund of the unauthorized charge and an explanation as to why they charged my card randomly when there was nothing purchased. I also would like to know why they kept my credit card information.

We Are very Sorry This Customer Had This situation Happen To them. We Were having issues with our Payment System back then in March- May and Some cards were Charged twice or Not at all and Some to much. We however Do not have the Amount that they Said here in their Complaint, I am quite Sure if there was a Charge for it that $ it has be returned them by now for some time. We are not a Scam company but Have been having a difficult time with Payment Merchant Systems. Many whom were Scams themselves by Taking customers Money then Not Giving it to us to process orders and then some were being charged without our Knowledge. We did respond to this customer later on after this complaint was filed and It's possible the emails got crossed. I would have responded sooner to this complaint however the email on file here with the Revdex.com was outdated due to being Spammed to death we had to remove it from our systems. We are a very transparent Company and Have MANY ways now to contact us with live Chat, Cell phone Texting and 24 hour Call line. We again are very sorry for the Distress this customer had to go through with our Company and Hope they are ok now. We did send the very lovely birthday Tutu they did order in a Timely, professional Manner and in good quality for the child's Party. Thank you for your Feedback and again we are very Apologetic for the Error.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 1-16-14 for two personalized jewelry items for my niece. The total purchase was $60.93. I checked on the status of the order a month later on 2-16-14 and the order status still stated on order. I tried contacting the business via three avenues of communication regarding my order status (phone, email on their website, and messaging their [redacted] page). I did not receive a reply through any of these methods. It appears the professionalism of the owner of this business is lacking to say the least. I am appalled by their lack of customer service and expect this situation to be resolved immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like a reply as to my order status and the items to be shipped to me immediately or a refund of my purchase amount.

It is unfortunate that they are not pleased, however, I am not pleased that this person claims to have responded to my communication when I clearly did not receive a response. I am a very busy individual and I would not have wasted my time filing a complaint if I had received said response. For future reference, maybe they should be more prompt in their communication with customers. I also provided two other alternatives as ways to contact me regarding my order. This may help them avoid future complaints, as I noticed I am not the first to do so. I will be checking with my sister-in-law to ensure my niece receives her items.

As I previously stated I did not receive said emails. My original order confirmation was received via the email address provided. So how is it they have the wrong email address? I obviously am not ignoring the emails, or I would not have bothered filing the complaint. I also have yet to receive a response as to when my niece can expect her items. As far as blaming customers for issues created by their company, it is highly unprofessional. If they would like this complaint closed, they should respond to my original inquiry about the ETA of the order. A response on the Revdex.com page would suffice. Thank you.

I have not received a credit to my account as of today

2-24-14. I would like to know when this supposed refund transaction

took place. Not receiving merchandise or a refund is not considered "no

reason" to this "silly" customer. I am surprised this person is still

in business. Also, name calling and using caps in a response to a

customer are inappropriate business practices. So apparently my order

was never in process. I hope to have this resolved immediately, so that

I no longer have to deal with this person or their flippant attitude.

I did indeed DO the REFUND On the 24th! It takes 5 business days to post to your bank or Card depending on the Banking instution which I have no control over! Verification of the REFUND below. She never did respond to my several sent Emails That she claims I didnt respond to.
