From the date of order bridesmaid's dresses take approximately 12-weeks to deliver to Post was made clear to *** when she purchased her bridesmaid dresses that all ship dates are approximate and that Posh does not guarantee any ship dates as there are circumstances out of Posh's control such as designer/manufacturer delays*** was also told that her bridesmaid dresses may come in sooner than is typical, as ***, the designer of her dresses, had been able to ship some orders in as little as 6-weeks
All information communicated to *** from Posh regarding her bridesmaid dress order and its status came directly from ***This is evidenced and supported by a letter written on August 6, to Posh from *** with the intention that Posh forward the letter to *** which Posh did that same dayIn the letter *** takes full responsibility for the delay in ***'s dressesIt states, "The delay and incorrect dye lot are 100% the responsibility of our company ***." The letter also expresses that Posh has been a tireless advocate for *** and that she could not be in more capable hands*** offered to compensate *** for any rush charges her bridesmaids incurred during alterations
Posh sympathizes with the stress and uncertainty *** enduredPosh did everything in its power to ensure *** was satisfied with her bridesmaid dresses, and *** indicated she was as her bridesmaids wore the dresses she purchased at Posh in her wedding
*** has taken full responsibility for the delay, offered their sincerest apologies to *** and offered to pay for any rush charges incurred for alterations to the bridesmaid dressesIf *** wishes to seek any further remedy, her recourse is with ***, not Posh

Regardless who designs the dress, Posh Bridal still needs to take responsibility dishonesty to clientsIt is Posh Bridal's responsibility to be honest to customers and follow through with guaranteesIf guarantees are not met, it is Posh Bridals responsibility to refund or allow for cancellations of orders
It was NOT made clear to me when ordering the dresses that they could take 12-weeksI was specifically told 4-weeksRegardless if the dresses could take 12-weeks, I didn't receive my dresses until almost weeks after orderingThis completely disregards the guarantee that Posh Bridal made to me and doesn't even acknowledge the consistent lies that this company told me
Not only did the dresses take triple the time that Posh Bridal guaranteed to me, they also lied to me several timesI have the evidence to show that Posh Bridal specifically told me they were shipped several weeks prior and then went back on their word
I did NOT indicate I was satisfiedI actually tried to cancel my order, which Posh Bridal denied
Regardless if *** is responsible for the delay, Posh Bridal is still completely at fault for giving a client information numerous times and not allowing a client to cancel an order when dresses weren't even started to be manufactured
Posh Bridal needs to take responsibility for their own fault and actions in this situation and provide the proper compensationThe dishonesty and dysfunction of this company is unacceptableI am still requesting the $1,to refund myself and bridesmaids for this companies' fraudulent actions
