I purchased a nearly $1k knee brace from these folks. It did not hold well to ny dog's leg when he starts moving it kept slipping and needed to be readjusted. When I called the company and was happy to talk to the owners (after many calls and emails) they refused to take the brace back or at least help fix it to fit better. They did not even offer a partial compensation. They were instead rude and accusatory. I am just a dog owner who loved my son enough to buy him an expensive solution,,,was willing to try anything. In the end it was a waste of money and time. Ended up having the surgery. My regret is delaying the surgery. I lost time. Time causes arthritis. The surgery was the best thing I ever did.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This place appears to NOT be legit! Be VERY careful purchasing a dog brace from this company. I submitted a request to be contacted on their website. I received a phone call the next evening. [redacted] is the name and he seems very knowledgeable and helpful and legit. Yesterday, I ordered paid $150 first and then immediately received an invoice for the remaining $745, which is what their website says they do. Once the full balance is paid, you get the information on how to measure. Why not do it after the $150.00? I emailed him and asked the reason for paying this way. Then, the invoice was immediately canceled and I was refunded the $150. I didn't ask for a refund and still would like to purchase this brace. My communication with them on their FB wall was deleted and he will no longer answer my emails. I tried one more time to pay the $150 and I was refunded a second time. When I call the number that he called me from and the numbers that are on the bottom of his email, both are disconnected. When I call the POSH number which is a different area code, I am asked to leave a message so I did. I received no call back. I'm not sure how you can claim to want to help so many animals and then refuse a customer unless you NOT legit. It is really sad taking advantage of pet owners who want to HELP their animals.
I dont know why you had a bad experience with POSH because they have been wonderful for me. I sent in my full payment on a monday, had my measurement appointment scheduled by Wedneday and the custom brace arrived 8 days later. I'm going to guess that they dont want to do the measurements without full payment so you cant take your measurements and go elsewhere. This is there business, their time is important and they proved to me they are professionals. My dog is in trying out and adjusting to his brace 13 days after initial tear.
