Please advise bride to refer to her contractThis is between bride and mom, her mom didn't to tell us she wanted to change one of the deliveries an hour earlier. We spoke to the mom after the wedding ,she said " Didn't I give you a piece of paper I
wrote on ? We informed her "unfortunately you did not", .All changes are initialed on contract,. She added a bouquet delivery which is initialed . We were not given a third delivery We asked her if she liked the flowers , she said Yes, they were ALL Beautiful, No mention of dissatisfaction of the integrity of the flowersthis is all new, embellished and False In The brides complaint she says she enclosed photos ,no photos were enclosed. The Venue has nothing to do with the extra deliveryOur Centerpiece Set up time was 4pmWe were there at 3:. We had no conversation with *** *** about an earlier delivery. Note: Her Mom came to us a second time before the wedding saying she lost a $5,dep from another vendor & didn't have much money , we felt compassion towards her, she was crying in our showroom as we listened over hours of her yelling and recounting how she was left in this situation by this vendor so we upgraded her centerpieces at No Extra charge .She left Happy and in the end Loved the flowersShe received several hundred dollars of upgrades from us at no chargeThis looks like an attempt to find ways to recoup more of her lost deposits from the other vendor. We fulfilled our contractual obligation

They are lying.The refund for $was for a security deposit of $and $courtesy refund and $because my bouquet was not large enough I did not file this compliant sooner because of medical issues in my familyThey knew Iwas not happy and thouht I should get a large refund for the maids flowers but they said too bad.The flowers were not pinkish they were bright hot pinkChanging tbe type of flowers is not the issue thses flowers that were the bulk of the bouquet were carnations if they could not get the lavender ones promised they could have dyed white onesIT IS NOT RIGHT TO CHARGE THE WHOLE COLOR THEME OF MY WEDDING.WHEN THEY DELIVERED THEM I TOLD TBE GIRL SHE HAD THE WRONG FLOWERS BECAUSE MINE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE LAVANDER.I HAVE PICTURES OF THE FLOWERS THEY SHOWED WHEN I ORDERED AND THE FLOWERS THEY GAVE MEAgain they are not truthful about canceling appoint ments.one day I had taken off a day from work and they canceled the last minute.I was not being overly demanding,I was just expecting tbem to live up to what they promised me when I placed my orderIt seems to me they make promises to get you to order and since they have a no cancellation policy they do not follow thru.IThe centerpieces DID NOT HAVE THE AMOUNT OF ROSES SHOWN IN THE SAMPLE BUT SINCE THEY WERE VERY NICE Iam not asking for a refund& mentioning to it to reinforce that they did not give me what was promised.

The flowers are not dead. Bride wanted "Lambs Ear " around bouquet , instead of other greans we use. They sometimes can have the appearance of a flopply lambs ear hence the name "Lambs Ear". This was never mentioned to us when she called , we have her voicemail saved and no metion of a flower issue, just the hour earlier delivery her mother forgot to give us.  Bride is grasping. Again contract was filled accordingly.

 the flowers were not up to par - the flowers were not delivered on time, they never contacted our hall to inquire as to delivery, like Kari had said to my mother. I included a letter from [redacted] and photos of my floral arrangements, which were awful.  You can clearly see in the photos that the flowers were wilted.

She said the centerpieces were Gorgeous and she loved them , her mom even called us and said she loved them so this is news One Year later to hear  she thought her centerpieces could have used more roses. She mentioned she saw a centerpiece at the showcase but the showcase centerpieces were not what she ordered.
 We never cancelled an appointment on her, she wanted to "Change" her appointment to a time we did not have open. We always accommodated her the best we were able since she felt she needed several additional meetings that most brides dont require and constant phone conversations we needed to find time slots that would allow extra time for her.
In her signed contract it states" Substitutions:by signing this I understand flowers are part of mother nature therefore Shades may vary and certain crops may not be suitable for use, I trust Posh to make comparable substitutions if necassary."
We did just that and made a comprabale sub on one of the flowers in order to provide the same shape and look of the bouquet and still provide a premium fresh flower.

Refund was issued and accepted by the customer 1 year ago .She has already been refunded for most of the cost of the bouquets.
  She used the bouquets the entire day.  We have done what we could to please this customer  with the refund even though according to her contract we did not have to. We did not hear from her this entire year. The Refund was already given.

Review: December [redacted], 2014 I got married at the [redacted] in [redacted].

Prior to my wedding, my mother had dropped off a Final Payment at Posh Floral Designs in [redacted]. My mother made it very specific to them that my flowers, family flowers and the bridesmaid's boquets would be delivered to her house at noon. She also made it very clear to them that the remaining flowers we to be delivered to [redacted] no later than 3pm, due to the fact that was our arrival time and the time we would begin taking photos.

The first set of flowers were delivered on time, however the second set was delivered after 4pm. Due to this issue, my wedding photos that were taken prior to our ceremony lacked the boutineres for the men. So now I have incomplete wedding photos and I am quite upset about this.

In addition to the late flowers, the bridal bouquet, the boquets for the bridesmaids, and all of the corsages we had ordered were not up to par. As we were leaving my mother's house, my grandmother's corsage fell apart.

Upon arriving to [redacted], my boquet began to wilt. The greenery in my boquet was completely wilted by the time the ceremony began at 5:15 - as were the bridal party floral arrangements, as you can see in the circled items in the photots.

I have the emails sent to Posh Floral Design, A letter from [redacted] explaining that they DID confirm with Posh for a 3pm dropoff and photos of the flowers which were falling apart. I would like to send them in addition to my compaint on Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I am requesting a refund in the amount of $500.00 + the total delivery fee due to the late delevery in my flowers, which resulted in my photos being incomplere and due to the floral arrangements wilting and falling apart.

Review: I ordered flowers for my wedding and did not get what was promised in my contract. The colors of the flowers were brighthot pink and they were suppose to be shades of lavender .THE carnations which were the mainflower in the bouquet were suppose to be lavender , as per contract , but they were hot bright hot pink.ALso the staff was rude and nasty whenever ITalked to them not living up to appointment times and dates.They made me take off from work and canceled at the last minute.I lost timeandmoney by doing this.MY bridal bouquet was smaller then my bridesmaids and they only refunded me a small amount.The bridesmaid flowers really ruined the color scheme I wanted for my wedding.Also the centerpieces were nice but they cut down on the amount of roses they had in the original sample they showed me at the bridal show.jDesired Settlement: I FEEL THEY SHOULD REFUND ME THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE BRIDESMAID FLOWERS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED ME AND RUINED MY WEDDING PICTURES AND THE COLORS I HAD FORMY WEDDING. Also they should notget away with such bad customer service and rudeness

They are lying.The refund for $450 was for a security deposit of $300 and $100 courtesy refund and $50 because my bouquet was not large enough. I did not file this compliant sooner because of medical issues in my family.
