During Ms***'s initial visit to Posh Millennium she was advised of her hair being damaged prior to her visit to our salon
Ms*** agreed and stated she was aware of her hair damageStyles are not a one size fit allHair texture, condition and length all have to be consideredMs*** was explained on both visits that due to the texture and length and prior damage to her hair, the exact style she was requesting could not be achievedPlease note, the styles requested were not included in the advertised specialShe was made aware of the cost prior to services being renderedShe didn't state displeasure until she left the salonWhile in the salon she was satisfiedWhen she voiced displeasure with her first style after leaving the salon, we followed up with her and offered her a credit even though she was consulted by the stylist prior to her first style and advise of the cost and condition of her hairShe returned and requested a perm and cutOur advertisements DO NOT mention, allude to or suggest inclusion of a permOur advertisement is for a "blow out " which is a wash, blow dry to natural non chemical hair style and "short and sassy" which is wash, dry and style of short hair this does not include chemicals or cutBy her own admission, she requested a perm and a cut which are not included in the specialsShe also requested and received hair extensions which is not included in the advertised specialsThe aforementioned cut included cutting away the some of the damage which was done to her hair prior to her visit to Posh MilleniumHer complaint is regarding the advertised price yet by her own admission, she requested and received additional services not included in the specialsMyself and my staff consulted with Ms*** as we do with each client prior to services being providedShe agreed with staff recommendations for hair care and fully understood the services she requested which are not included in a the advertised specialWe are a service provider and thrive on excelling in superior customer service with every customerIn this and every instance she received the services she requested which included a consultation of cost, hair maintenance advise and style by a licensed, professional, service driven stylist

I do not agree to any statements aboveThe staff didn't listen but made excusesI recently went to salon to get my hair done tapered on the side and back as well as even out my topPosh Millennium salon didn't understand this concept but another salon understood this isn't a professional salon that I won't return to get my hair servicedAnother reason POSH Millennium is lying because regardless of my hair is damaged by all means a professional salon would've consulted with before cutting off my hair to the extremeMy sister went in for a color rinse and blowout but came out of salon with curlsI'll make necessary steps to make sure it won't happen againI want my refund
