to this complaint, we are looking into adding extra notes to every order when the office is closed again stating when the order will be shipped out in case the customer does not see the sign on the website. Review: I ordered a product on 4/4/15 and when I checked on the progress of my order four days later the sight stated "awaiting payment". when I contacted the company I was told they were on vacation and that they always use that status when they are out of town. It is now the 11th of April and the status has not changed and no one is returning my emails or phone calls. This product is for my wedding and I can't even reach the company to cancel the order and fear they will process my payment.Desired Settlement: Process the order and get it shipped ASAP.
