Posh The Salon

Poor hair service, over processing, multiple unwanted hair shades and it is now extremely damaged. Told hairdresser and sent two e-mails. No responsesGood Morning, I had an appointment at Posh Salon in Durham, North Carolina with [redacted] on Friday January 15, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. for a highlight. While there she highlighted by hair, did two toners and a "root bump." I have been blonde for 15 years, and never heard of a "root bump" before. I asked her to explain, but trusted her professional opinion. While rinsing my hair she at that moment said she needed to tone it again. When she started blow drying my hair she looked at it from the side and said it pulled "icey". I waited until she was done, looked at my hair and almost started crying. My hair was ICE blue on the sides, and very orange/ too warm at the roots. I told her I hated it and was not happy. She took me to various places around the salon to look in different light, but it didn't make a difference. She told me she could clarify it, but she didn't recommend it because of everything else she had done. So she told me to wash it twice and assured me it would get better. I washed it twice and it was the same, nothing better at all. I was expected to pay full price for the service and left the salon very very upset. I was expecting the salon to follow-up since Maryn mentioned it would "wash out in two washes", but no one called or e-mailed. I waited four days to try to wash it out, and then sent an e-mail to Posh explaining the situation and attaching four pictures. I sent this e-mail X-XX-XXXX and asked for a response. I did not get a response.I have forwarded the e-mail again, updating them letting them know I was still not happy and that was hair is severely damaged to the point where it needs to be cut. I am still extremely upset about the hair, but beyond disappointed with the customer service and still paying $150.00 for my hair.Desired SettlementI am wanting full refund, deep mask and conditioner products to assist with my damaged hair and money to pay for services at another salon to fix the damage Posh Salon created.
