Sean H[redacted] the supposed "owner" of Position Realty is the most unprofessional and unethical Realtor I have ever encountered. Me and my Fiance applied for a home under his management. We provided all honest correct information at the time we submitted our application along with $100. 00 application fee. At the time we viewed the house, Sean was not even there he didn't show up until we were leaving and the current tenants were the ones who showed us around and answered our questions. We decided to take a chance and submit our application anyways due to the neighborhood the house was in. That was the worst mistake we could of made. The first red flag was he was accepting applications and application fees from people that he told us that he was most likely going to deny. Why take innocent peoples money when you know you are not going to approve them? Sounds like he is just trying to pad his pockets with as many application fees as he can get. Second red flag it took him over 4 days to even start running our information and that only happened cause I called to check the status of my application and my Realtor called him as well. I never heard anything back from him regarding my approval or denial, my Realtor is the one who notified me. Here's the HUGE problem with his work ethics, when he ran my families information he pulled information from someone that had the same name as my fiance but did not verify that it was actually him. He called and told me that my fiance was MARRIED! which he is not! My Realtor told me that my fiance has 5 evictions on his records which is incredibly false! again not verifying correct information. I got a hold of the this supposed eviction information and the dates that these evictions happened Sean verified that me and my fiance were living in a home. He submitted this eviction information to the owner anyways despite not doing the proper verification and making sure it was actually the person listed on the rental application. Sean then went the extra mile and pulled up court information pretending to a child support case regarding my fiance's sister and child father which has absolutely nothing to do with us. He also submitted that information to the owner as well. Sean also stated that we lied about who our landlord was 2 years ago, even after he spoke to the landlord himself. If the landlord does not have the house listed under his name through the state he will claim that you are a liar. I can provide rent receipts and bank account information and the property management phone number who can verify all of our information that was submitted is completely honest and truthful. If you have a name that is the same as anyone in the world you will mostly likely be screwed over by this Sean H[redacted]. If anyone in your family has any court cases past or present be aware he pulls their information as well with our written approval and submits it with your application. He falsified my information that he submitted to the owner of the house and therefore caused my family to be denied. He also will deny you if you have any sort of traffic violations even though they are not considered criminal charges, his exact words are "you are still breaking the law" and will use them against you. If you have ever been charged with anything and the charge got completely dismissed and shows that on your record, you were never found guilty by the court of law he will use that against you as well, His words are "you just had a good attorney that got you off" When confronted about the incorrect information he submitted there was no apology and when asked if he verified this information against a social security number or DOB he could not provide an answer. Sean H[redacted] is a scam artist and makes his living off of taking innocent peoples money and falsifying information. Stay away from any property's listed with Position Realty or by Sean H[redacted] himself.
